3. Course Registration and Participation

Paaks Strategy reserves the right to deny participation or remove access for any violation of conduct, payment default, or breach of terms.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are stated in EUR or PLN (as applicable) and may be subject to VAT, depending on your location and company status. Payment must be completed before course access is granted, unless a written agreement provides otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing or course availability at any time.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, credit card, or other invoicing arrangements agreed upon.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Consultation Calls: Can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.

Course Enrollments: If cancelled more than 14 days before the start, a 70% refund may apply. Within 14 days, no refund is guaranteed unless otherwise agreed.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in full charge and no rescheduling.

Special terms may apply for enterprise clients with custom contracts.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the content and materials provided through Paaks Strategy's programmes remain the sole property of Paaks Strategy or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and high-quality educational services, Paaks Strategy makes no guarantees regarding individual learning outcomes, career progress, or business results. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from course participation, website use, or third-party reliance on our services.
